As a Filipino, I know how hard it is to get a visa approved, especially for Europe (Schengen visa). Having one of the weakest passports in the world means we are always asked to prove so much: strong ties to the Philippines, enough money to travel, and every little detail of our plans. If we can't show these, there's high chance of getting a refusal, and I know how painful that can be.

That's why I started this service. I call it pang-masa because it's for everyone, friendly, approachable, and with full support from start to finish. When a client's visa gets denied, I feel it too. I get sad with them. That's why I pour my heart into every application, doing everything I can to make it successful. I want my clients to see that we did our very best together, so even if the result is not what we hoped for, they still feel motivated to try again.

I'm not like agencies or other consultants who only think about the fees. My happiness comes when I hear the words, "Ms. Rudz my visa is approved!" from my clients. What matters most to me is that every client feels cared for and supported throughout the process.

Yes, my fees may be higher than others, but my business is legally registered in Germany, I pay taxes, and I cover all the costs needed to give my clients the best service possible. I do offer refunds (minus the services already done). I don't earn much for myself and my family, but I keep doing this because I truly love helping people. My heart is always full whenever a client messages me saying, "Thank you for your help, I wouldn't have made it without you".
